EA Sports  den Transfermarkt in Ultimate Team außer Kraft gesetzt, um ein neues Feature zu integrieren. Nach dem Ende der Wartungsarbeiten sind die Preisspannen in FIFA 15 Ultimate Team aktiv.

FIFA 15 Ultimate Team: Preisspannen – was ist das?

Die neuen Preisspannen wirken sich auch auf IF-Spieler, sowie Verbrauchsobjekte und Vereinskarten aus. Hierdurch möchte EA Ausreißer auf dem Markt verbieten, die insbesondere ein Indiz für den Coin-Handel sind. Der Handel mit Münzen auf externen Plattformen ist EA Sports seit jeher ein Dorn im Auge. Bereits vor dem Release von FIFA 15 haben die Entwickler stärkere  angekündigt, die den Coin-Handel ebenfalls unterdrücken sollten. Mit der Einführung der Preisspannen haben es Münzhändler auf dem Transfermarkt nun noch schwerer. Zusätzlich verspricht EA Sports, Casual-FUT-Nutzern ein angenehmeres Spielerlebnis zu gestalten, schließlich sollen rare und teure Spieler durch die Preisregulierung erschwinglicher werden. Weiterhin möchte EA Sports den FUT-Nutzern so eine einfache Methode an die Hand geben, um den Wert des eigenen Teams zu ermitteln.
